VyNest is a digital accommodation discovery platform and does not own or operate any listed properties.
1. Platform Role & Nature of Service
VyNest acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not a landlord, broker, or property manager.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. VyNest is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
4. Bookings & Payments
A booking fee may be charged at the time of booking and is adjusted against the total accommodation amount.
Remaining payments are handled directly between the user and property owner.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Booking fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated. VyNest does not guarantee refunds for personal reasons.
6. User Conduct

- Provide accurate information
- Avoid misuse or fraudulent activity
- Respect property rules and laws
7. Third-Party Responsibility
VyNest is not responsible for property conditions, disputes, or damages arising during or after a stay.
8. Limitation of Liability
VyNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Platform Rights
VyNest reserves the right to modify services, suspend accounts, and update these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on VyNest are protected intellectual property.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
