Platform Overview

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the VyNest platform by students and property owners. VyNest is a digital accommodation discovery and booking platform and does not own or manage any listed properties.

1. Student Terms & Conditions

1.1 Platform Role

VyNest enables students to discover and book accommodations listed by independent owners. VyNest does not guarantee property quality or availability.

1.2 Booking & Booking Fee

A booking fee is charged for platform access and booking facilitation and is adjusted against the total accommodation amount payable to the owner.

1.3 Refunds & Cancellations

Booking fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated on the booking page.

1.4 Responsibility & Liability

VyNest is not responsible for post-move-in disputes, property conditions, or owner behavior.

1.5 User Conduct

Misuse, false claims, or abusive behavior may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Property Owner Terms & Conditions

2.1 Platform Role

VyNest provides owners a platform to list properties and receive bookings but does not guarantee occupancy.

2.2 Listing Accuracy

Owners are responsible for accurate listing details including pricing, amenities, and availability.

2.3 Owner Responsibilities

  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Maintain advertised living standards
  • Comply with local laws

2.4 Limitation of Liability

VyNest is not responsible for rent disputes, tenant behavior, or legal matters between owners and students.
