VyNest is an online accommodation discovery and booking platform that enables students to directly book PGs, hostels, and flats listed by property owners. VyNest does not own, manage, or operate any property and functions solely as a digital facilitation platform.
1. Student Policy
1.1 Platform Role
VyNest provides students with access to property listings and related details. VyNest does not guarantee property condition, availability, or suitability.
1.2 Direct Booking & Booking Fee
A booking fee is required to confirm intent and access platform services. This fee does not include rent or deposits.
1.3 Payments Outside VyNest
Rent, deposits, food charges, utilities, and other fees must be paid directly to the property owner.
1.4 Booking Finality & Refunds
Bookings are considered final once completed. Booking fees are generally non-refundable except in limited cases such as verified fraud.
1.5 Student Responsibilities

2. Property Owner Policy
2.1 Platform Role
VyNest enables owners to list properties and receive bookings but does not manage or operate accommodations.
2.2 Listing Accuracy
Owners must ensure listing information, pricing, amenities, and availability are accurate and up to date.
2.3 Booking & Fee Processing
Booking fees are processed through the VyNest platform according to internal policies.
2.4 Owner Responsibilities
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Maintain advertised living standards
- Communicate rules and charges clearly
- Comply with applicable laws
3. Platform Rights & Limitations
VyNest may review, suspend, or terminate accounts or listings in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated complaints. VyNest is not liable for disputes or losses between users.
4. Acceptance of Policies
By using VyNest, students and property owners acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these platform policies.
